Zum­ba is a fit­ness pro­gram that com­bi­nes Latin music and easy to fol­low dance moves. Zum­ba rou­ti­nes incor­po­ra­te inter­val trai­ning, alter­na­ting fast and slow rhyth­ms and resis­tance trai­ning. It is a fun way to work out. Pro­fes­sio­nal trai­ning with Emma Brown.
