Cross­Fit is an inten­se exer­cise pro­gram fea­turing dyna­mic exer­ci­s­es like ply­o­me­tric jumps, and Olym­pic lifts while using non-tra­di­tio­nal weight­lif­ting equip­ment such as kettl­bells, sand-bags, sus­pen­si­on sys­tems or water-fil­led implements.
